We take pride in what we serve here in Playa Maderas and plan all meals ahead of time carefully. We create all kinds of delicious dishes and cater to (almost) all dietary restrictions. Let us know when you make your reservation and we will take it into account while planning the menu.

We start the day with freshly brewed Nicaraguan coffee served every morning at 7:00 AM. For breakfast, we serve a delicious tropical spread with fresh fruit, yogurt and granola, pancakes, eggs, and more. For dinner there is always a home-cooked meal prepared with locally grown produce. Our family style meals enable you to get to know other guests, share travel stories and make new friends.

Our self-service bar is stocked with chilled refreshments. You can also enjoy free refills for your water bottle with our organically filtered well water.

Breakfast is always included in your stay. We offer dinner on request for 15USD per person. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you would like dinner and we are more then happy to arrange a delicious meal for you!
