The local staff makes sure you are well looked after; from the fresh-brewed local coffee at the bar for the early risers, to your nicely made bed to sleep in at night. We mostly employ locals from the area. The women work part-time so they can combine making a living with being at home to take care of their children. We pay fair wages and every employee builds-up a pension and is insured by the national health insurance. Our international volunteers do the day-to-day management of the lodge, provide yoga and surf lessons and will help you out with many other things. The volunteers all speak English and live onsite so they can ensure you have a good time.
